Using ReferralFlow
These terms govern your use of ReferralFlow's website and software. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use ReferralFlow on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so. A separate agreement with your organization may govern its subscription and customer data; if that agreement conflicts with these terms, it controls for that subject.
Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information and keep access to your sign-in email and devices secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for promptly telling us about suspected unauthorized access. Your organization may manage who can access its workspace and what they can do there.
Customer content
You and your organization retain your rights to the information you submit to ReferralFlow, including account records, notes, and other field activity. You grant us permission to host, process, and display that content as needed to provide and support the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit it and for complying with applicable privacy and healthcare laws.
Do not put patient information in the public website contact form. If your organization's use of the product involves protected health information, the applicable customer agreement and any required business associate agreement govern that use.
AI-assisted features
ReferralFlow may use AI to organize field notes and suggest summaries, follow-ups, coaching prompts, or account insights. These outputs are aids to your team's judgment, not a substitute for human review. You are responsible for checking their accuracy and suitability before acting on them. ReferralFlow does not provide medical, clinical, or legal advice.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, access another person's account without permission, interfere with service operations, introduce malicious code, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the service to infringe another person's rights. Do not submit content that you are not permitted to process or share.
Service and availability
We may change or improve the website and service over time. Features may vary by account or plan. We work to keep the service available, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. If your organization has a separate service or pilot agreement, its specific commitments apply.
Fees and subscriptions
If your organization purchases access, its order form or other agreement sets the applicable fees, billing terms, subscription period, and cancellation process. These website terms do not create a separate purchase or change an existing agreement.
Our intellectual property
ReferralFlow and its licensors retain their rights in the website, software, design, and underlying technology. These terms give you a limited right to use the service as permitted, not ownership of it. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law allows it.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated material will be accurate or complete. Any limits on liability in a separate customer agreement control for that agreement; otherwise, liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
